Q: Are the products that you sell new or refurbished?
A: Both. Some of the items we sell are in brand new condition with the original manufacturer's warranty. We also sell factory refurbished products.
 
Q: Should I expect any major damages/cosmetic blemishes on my product, just because they are refurbished?
A: No! All of our products are fully refurbished, which includes multiple cosmetic inspections. Any product with a stainless steel finish and/or other type of metallic finish are in an almost new condition. While any painted surface may have hairline scratches or scuffs, they are hardly noticeable. For more information on the condition of each product, please call us with the product number and one of our customer service representatives will be able to assist you.
 
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Please sign-in with your log-in account to check the status of your existing orders.
 
Q: How can I calculate my total shipping cost?
A: You can view an estimate of the shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order (before any payment is charged toward your payment type).
 
Q: Do you price match?
A: Yes, we price match on any advertised price from other valid online vendors. Contact us for eligibility and restrictions.
 
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Some of our products come with free shipping, whereas, others will have a flat rate shipping charge(s) for each specific product. See each product page for detail.
 
Q: Do I have to pay tax?
A: Only if you are a resident of State of Illinois. You will automatically be charged with an up-to-date current State of Illinois Tax.
