Shipping
Small to Medium Sized Packages
Our provided carrier is FedEx with several types of delivery methods to chose from. Our definition of "Free Shipping" refers to FedEx Commercial/Home delivery with insurance included.
Once your package(s) has been picked up from our warehouse in Chicago Illinois, you will also be notified.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect for any damages to the outer packaging. If the damage(s) seem severe, please refuse the package so the damaged merchandise can be returned back to our warehouse.
If any internal damages are found after merchandise is received and signed off, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours from receiving damaged merchandise, by filling out our RMA form online: www.refurbking.com/rma or calling us during our business hours.
Refurbking. will take up with the carrier so you don't have to be hassled with filing claim with the carrier. We got your back!
Refurbking. will then send you a replacement within 48 hours from when you notify us of damage(s). All we ask you is that you contact us immediately if you notice any shipping damage(s).

Large Home Appliances
We ship our home appliances via quality freight trucking company. Such as refrigerators and Washer/Dryers, the product will be padded, boxed and will be secured to our skids to further prevent any damages during in transit. Due to restriction by freight company, we do not offer inside delivery. Standard delivery via trucking company for over-sized items will be a curbside delivery only. Standard transit time to lower 48 continental states is normally 2 to 7 days from when the shipment(s) is picked up from our warehouse in Chicago Illinois. You will also be notified with tracking number (Pro number) for your shipment(s).

It is your responsibility to provide us with at least one PHONE NUMBER that can you can be reached at, in order to prevent any delays. Without your phone number, we WILL NOT be able to ship out your large home appliances. This request is made DIRECTLY from our trucking company, so they can call you before delivery to setup a time window with you directly. So if you are not registered with us, PLEASE call us or email us to provide us with your phone number.   

Even with precautionary measures in packaging as mentioned above, the shipment(s) can still be damaged during in transit. PLEASE INSPECT your shipment inside AND out, prior to signing for it. If you see any external damages to the box, its a dead give away that the shipment has sustained damage(s). You are allowed to open the box to fully inspect your shipment, so if the truck driver refuses to let you inspect the shipment(s) internally, please exercise your rights and demand both internal and external inspection prior to signing off on delivery.

Unlike small packages delivered via FedEx, if freight shipments are neglected to inspection and signed off and damage(s) is found after, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to send the shipment back to us for proper inspection and issue of your replacement. This is due to very high cost in shipping fee via freight delivery. Please call us
during our normal operation hours, if any damage is found upon delivery. .

Products Not Available for Shipping
At Refurbking. we try our best to eliminate any inconvenience or problem that might arise during our customer's shopping experience. Once of the issue that every online vendors face is shipping damages caused by carriers. In order to reduce shipping damages on many of our great products, some products are not eligible for shipping by small carriers such as UPS and FedEx. These items will be notified as "Local pickup only" on their product page. We do apologize for inconvenience this might cause to our customers, but we feel that such measure is necessary in order to prevent almost definite shipping damages on certain products, as results of our past shipping experience. To schedule a pickup on products not qualified for shipping, please call us during our normal business hour and we will gladly have any items ready for pick up at our showroom.

Return
Defective Merchandise Return Policy
For any defective / return merchandise, please contact us to confirm any problem with the merchandise BEFORE you send the merchandise back. You can do so by going to the following web address to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number: www.refurbking.com/rma. In order for you to be qualified to receive Return Shipping Label (RSL) at no charge, you must contact us within 15 business days from invoice date. After 15 days, it is your responsibility to pay for any shipping charges that might be involved in returning your defective merchandise.  Without properly issued RMA number, we will not accept any returns. No exceptions.
RMA numbers are only valid within 7 days from the date of issue.


Steps to returning defective item
- Before any action is taken, contact us first, so we can troubleshoot and assist you with your problem.
- If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we will issue you an RMA number. Please keep this number in hand when calling us next time to avoid any delays in locating your RMA case within our system.
- Once you have been issued with valid RMA number from us, you can return the product(s) using provided return shipping label from us*, or at your own cost.
- Please make sure that the RMA number we have provided can be visible on the outside of the box you are returning, in order to avoid any delay in your RMA process. All returning product(s) must be in its original condition.
- All products returned will be then inspected by our in-house technicians and depending on the result of inspection, replacement and/or refund will be made via your original payment method.
- Overall turnaround time for a return is about 1 - 4 business days from the time we receive the product(s).
  *Applicable only if the RMA form has been submitted to us via phone or at www.refurbking.com/rma within 15 business days from invoice date.


Non-Defective Merchandise Return Policy

Non-defective (customer's remorse returns) returns are accepted within 15 days from invoice date and are subject up to mandatory 20% restocking fee. All Shipping / Handling charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges will be customer's responsibility and returns must be shipped back via the same means of transportation as delivered to customer. Products must be returned in original packaged condition. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their original condition without any markings. Products returned in any other manner or returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer and no credit shall be issued. All unauthorized returns will be refused at the time of delivery and no credit will be issued
